A small family farm in rural Northwest Iowa pursuing organic methods in raising and marketing Certified Naturally Grown vegetables. Our goal is to be Godly stewards as we work with the land, water, plants, and animals the Lord has given us. Also found at The Cornucopia are better than free-range broilers and purebred Berkshire pigs.

Realized that this past week was the Great Plains Vegetable Growers conference in St Joesph MO. We have gone there the past 3 years. This year we are going to St Cloud MN for a day to hear Elliot Coleman speak for an afternoon. He is the guru on season extension and the use of high tunnels. We have read several of his books so we thought we would do that this year. It is the day before workshop at the MN organic vegetables conference.
