A small family farm in rural Northwest Iowa pursuing organic methods in raising and marketing Certified Naturally Grown vegetables. Our goal is to be Godly stewards as we work with the land, water, plants, and animals the Lord has given us. Also found at The Cornucopia are better than free-range broilers and purebred Berkshire pigs.

This is where we will begin our transplants. The seeding will happen on the table on the right of the picture and the water on the left. I need to add the plastic yet. Once watered, the trays go under lights on one of four stacks of shelves. We currently have room for about 40 trays that hold anywhere from 72 (tomato trays) to 338 (onions, leek) plants. We are dreaming of putting up a heated greenhouse to move this out of our garage.
